Hi-Fi
Support APEX HiFi as we launch our own DAC!
We’ve taken out HiFi designs to a whole new level, taking everything we’ve learned about the design of DACs and bringing them right up-to-date.
The APEX DAC is aiming for the same smooth musicality as the Pink Triangle DaCapo, but achieving levels of clarity and detail that simply weren’t possible when it was first designed.
Our Kickstarter campaign has closed, first DACs have shipped to the lucky customers and we’ve launched! Go along to out product pages and take a look at what’s on offer.
Follow the full adventure on YouTube where we build the first units and talk through why it is built the way it is.

Customer Feedback
Not sure that the improvement is real? Take a look at what our customers say:
The prospect of further improvements from the USB card and HDCD filter is almost scary!“
From Pink Fish Media Member @Eastone
“I purchased the APEX converter so I could use the optical input on my Chord M Scaler because I only have a USB output on my Zen NG (USB Phoenix Lite Board).
Using the Chord supplied USB and optical cables has resulted in tighter/deeper bass and high frequencies that are more detailed but with less glare. Overall the sound was calmer suggesting the APEX is isolating itself from the USB and creating a superb optical output.
I thoroughly recommend the APEX converter to anyone wanting to switch USB to SPDIF, especially optical.”
From Mark, owner of the APEX USB-to-SPDIF Interface
