BNC EMI Cleanser for Chord MScaler / DAVE.
Internal optical isolation to remove unwanted Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) from your USB source and stop it reaching your DAC.
Galvanic isolation is provided in the internal power supply to isolate the input and output sides of the interface from each other electrically. This prevents any ground noise from getting to your DAC through the BNC cabling.

Compatible with Chord MScaler and DAVE DAC dual BNC connection running up to the full 768kHz sample rate.
Supplied as standard with Black facia. Silver facia also available – please specify in the notes field at checkout.
Requires 5V – 12V D.C. power supply at 500mA (NOT supplied). A cable is provided for 5.5/2.1mm D.C. jack power supplies with an adapter for use with a Standard USB power supply.
For best performance, APEX recommends using one of our Ultra-Low Noise D.C. supplies such as the 5V 1A PSU.
And if you really want close to perfect EMI performance, you can add a second power supply so that the input and output stages are totally independently powered. Alternatively, you can use two channels on the APEX Super PSU, launching in June 2026 to give the best possible performance.
